A valid credit card number and expiry date are required to confirm any telephone bookings. A valid credit card must be presented to reception upon arrival for all online bookings. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the arrival date.
All bookings not cancelled by this time may have the full accommodation costs debited to the credit card. We require 28 days' notice for group booking cancellations. The provided credit card may also be used to cover fees relating to any room damage.
If using room power points to charge your EV a flat rate of $30 WILL APPLY PER CHARGE
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Check-out time is 10.00 am.
